IPOCC Version Upgrade

Guys,

We have IPOCC Version 9.1 and would like to upgrade Version 10, does it required any License and is it chargeable.


As Our Avaya Partner is charging for this upgrade.

Kindly confirm?

Upgrade

If you have maintenance support, which you should, then the licenses is free but the labor to do the upgrade would not be unless there is some sort of maintenance agreement in place with the vendor specifically. Labor is not included with Avaya maintenance.
