Below mentioned use case is possible in IPOCC solution, please provide some inputs.
Customer Requirement is when a customer call in to the contact center , an agent answers the call , and while staying on the call , agents want to play a pre – recorded “ Terms and Conditions “ to the customer and then stop the playback and continue with the call asking the caller do you agree or do not agree with the “ terms and conditions “ and takes a verbal confirmation. Is this feature or programing supported on IPOCC
