How to config IPOCC & ICI Connector?

Hi ALL:
I want use ICI Connector connect SAP.
I folow documents setting.(http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101032607)
But
1. p.15 setup3 can not set "Type: System".
2. p.35 setup19 TTdisplay no "item 12 ICI".
3. p.37 setup3 ,Who know default username/password?.

1. p.15 setup3 can not set "Type: System": type System is only available for user service. in case logged in as Administrator, use user defined, it should work too
2. p.35 setup19 TTdisplay no "item 12 ICI". : is the ICI connector added in the watchdog configuration? in will appear in TTdisplay at the position like configured in watchdog.xml
3. p.37 setup3 ,Who know default username/password?. same like for User Interface: service - CCadmin123

I had this recently and raised with Avaya, the documentation is wrong on where to configure the WD config

I noticed that the watchdog file you have modified is under C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center\WDConfig – this is what the document has stated, hence this is what you have followed. However, I believe the system not using the watchdog file from this directory. From the watchdog config, please open the watchdog file from C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center\Watchdog directory. Then you can follow the rest of the settings stated in the document accordingly.
