Contact Recorder with IPOCC

Contact recorder appears the duplicate records (one record for user & one for topic) for the topic calls like the following

but appears only one record (for user) for the Topic calls that have a long call id like the following:



Any assistance will be very much appreciated

If you have recording on at both levels topic and user level this is the cause of the duplication.
