I am 100%, (or maybe 1000%) sure the answer is A.
Fortunately, I passed, but I don't understand these answers.
Are there others that are also doubting the avaya exam?

Correct

You are correct. Install license just shows the path to install the licenses. View licenses capacity is the correct answer.
