Error sending voicemail to email in IVR

Hello,

I just configuered an voicemail to email flow in the IVR.
In the TTrace I see this error

The email for automatic reports is working fine, it uses the same e-mailserver.

Does anybody know why I get this error and how to fix?

I have found the solution (I hope ) in this link.

But, now the next problem occurred: the mcafee virus scanner is password protected. Is there a default password? I think this was an OVA install which included the virus scanner.

Maybe someone knows this?

The virusscanner was installed by customer.
They adapted the settings and the wav to e-mail is now working fine.
