Hi Team,

Do we have below feature on IPOCC wallboard, please share some information.

In Real time Wallboard, Time duration of Actives Calls with Agent name are shown?

Hi,
The wallboard shows only real time data and it is based on groups, topics, campaigns, etc. and does not provide a list of active calls. You can see agents either individually or as a list along with their states, with time in state, but this does not show the complete call information, only type and state information.
