IPOCC Change Topic Name

Hi Everyone
Is it possible to change TOPIC name in Avaya IPOCC, If yes then how?. Customer have Avaya IPOCC release 9.1.9.

Yes
UI "Configuration\Service\Special Setting"

You check or uncheck the option

But after taht you change also in CFE
