in IPOCC is it possible to an agent out of a group
My customer would like, when an agent this logue, that he can not leave a group

Agent group - Sign off prevention

You can use the Sign off prevention of an Agent group.

For example: Configuration - Agent group - tab Telephony:
Sign off prev.: 10 Agents

If the Agent is the 11th Agent then he can sign off.
All other (10) cannot sign off.

Sign off prev: 0 ->off
