Jitter and Delay when playing IVR announcments

    Hello ...

    I have the folllowing Issue:

    1. Incoming call via PRI is sent to the IPOCC Topic.
    2. User hear IVR announcements (Jitter and Delay).
    - Use the Deafult IPOCC announcemts, same result when hear announcments (Jitter and Delay)
    - when dial a topic from internal normal extension, hear the IVR announcments very well with no jitter and delay in packets
    - when dial a topic from internal Agent extension, same result when hear announcments (Jitter and Delay)
    - there is no issue if we using the same announcement with same format from VMpro
    3. IPOCC Agent Answer the Call and there is no problems or issues when talking.

RAISE A TICKET WITH AVAYA WITH NO RESULTS
ADDING A VCM CARD WITH NO RESULT
CONNECTING THE IPOCC SERVER AND IPO AND AGENT EXTENSION TO SEPERATE SWITCH WITH NO RESULT

The IPOCC and IPO is Rlease 10.1, The IPOCC Server is Under Hyper-V

    A Little Choppy Voice - Audio Cut-out / Hyper-V / IPOCC 10.1

    System Information

    IPO : 10.1
    IPOCC : 10.1
    Running on Microsoft Hyper-V (2012R2)

    Problem

I’m out of my league a bit here; if anyone can offer some advice I’d be most appreciate it!

I have a new install of IPOCC 10.1 running in a Hyper-V environment. The issue is audio seems to cut-out, similar to dropped packets. It is more annoying (like a mediocre mobile call) than unable to understand.

The problem seems to exist on all connection points:
    - External Calls
    - Internal Agent Calls

Ideas? Let me know if any additional information can help. I appreciate anything!

We were facing a similar problem here and after to have removed Manager, System Status, JAVA and another third programs in the ipocc server all the announcements can be heard with good quality.

It is always recommended not to install any third party software on IPOCC server including IPO component....

Which Type of announcement is affected? Only IVR or announcement via VEA?

there are no third parties either Manager or System Status installed on the IPOCC Server. I will check if the Java has installed or not
