I have IPOCC 10.1 Ruining well. the customer complains error in UI, and after I restart the IPOCC Server, and call the topic number 7002 it's hang up, nothing. check the system status found that sip extension is registered, also IPOCC is connected and there is no problem as agents can log in and logout, when check in the system status found the following:
Avaya IP Office Contact Center SIP Regestration Expired.
there are no problems in Lic either in IPOCC Server or in IPO, in IPOCC Dashboard all is Established, I delete the SIP Extension and create it again but with no result.
when dial using Agent UI, I can dial which mean I use sip extension through topic number, stranger thing !!!!
What is WRONG!!!! all is right and there is nothing error.
