IPOCC- SECURE T-Pin & T-Pin Generation
Hi,
Any one know how to make IVR script for Secure T-pin generation script in IPOCC Rls 10.1
. As i know it is a conference call between Agent , caller and IVR script that caller insert pin code and then re-verify and stored in some database, agent included here but cannot see PIN.
After that caller come to Agent for further discussion or disconnect.
Can anyone help and already have that IVR script / any idea/ any document to help me.
