IPOCC dialer TF can be divert to IVR script / Topic after dialing and establishing external destination?
E.g.
As i want that Dialer dial external External as one job and instead of queuing Agent group , it should divert to either one IVR script or some Topic #. Possible?
like dialer dial external # . establish call and divert it to one IVR script/ main Menu or some Topic # so that caller can reach to agent and it is because not cost to caller for some services.
