IPOCC Chat service in Arabic Language

we have configured Avaya IPOCC Chat services , but we need to use Arabic language during chat session ,where we can configure that

Currently IPOCC Chat (UI) does only support European characters

I think, IPOCC 10.1.2.2 will support Unicode for Chat (User Interface).
