    Outbound Stats on Wallboard

    Scratching my head here..

    Trying to set up a wallboard for an outbound contact centre.
    I am using a single level monitor table with a row for each agent.
    I have added various agent stats and most of these (break time, state total sign on time etc.) work fine however Total Talk Time & wrap up time both show zero despite calls being made and wrap up being used. The total number of outgoing calls updates OK.

    It's like outbound dialler topics and campaigns do not count as ACD calls?

    Can anyone help please?
