I able to replay recording for all user when i check replay all recording in web self administration tap in manager
but when try replaying recording for specific users by add them in other text box no recordings appear

Hello Team,

I have installed IP office platform media manager. Recording file is showing in web manager but i am not play those files. I am using IPO release 11. what can be the issue?
