SIP phones contacts PPM profile

Good day

Hope someone can shed some light
2 of our users lost their added contacts on their 9608 phones running SIP firmware.
AURA and Session managers are still on version 6.2.
I've been searching high and low, and information on PPM profiles is scant, would anybody be able to point me in the right direction on where the profiles are stored, and how to check the data that is in the profiles so I con look for a way to restore them?
TraceSM is not yet available on V6.2

PPM data is stored in Session Mgr and delivered to the endpoint over HTTP. It's been a few years since I worked on SM 6.2, but traceSM should be there. Try running it as craft or sroot. These logins were not ASG'd in early SM versions.
