Intermittently the 9611 and 9641 desk set will go out of service and the following will be displayed on the phone screen, "Request Error Please Wait" or "No Ethernet". Then sometimes the phones will come back to full service but have witnessed the displays make the phone look like it is in full service but you cannot draw dial tone or the phone will ring but you can't hear or be heard once it's answered. This site has an LSPG450. I have verified the station cable and tried different switch ports. The only way I can get it to do a *craft and clear then re-register.

Sounds like the phones are losing contact with the main controller or the LAN is dropping. When this happens, check the G450 to see if it's in alarm. If the main controller is unreachable, the phones and G450 should be trying to reregister to the local LSP.Meridian IT - Senior Engineer
