Admin acess to vantage k165 phone

Hi All,
I'm trying to have acess to Avaya Vantage K165 phones in order to change the VLAN ID of the phone.
I tried to user PROCPSWD and ADMIN_PASWWORD in 46xxxsettings but I always have the same error: The administrator password is not configured.


Can someone help please.


NB: I upgraded successfully the phone to Android 8.1 as recommanded.

Do the file server logs show the K165 is downloading 46xxsettings.txt? The default admin password is 27238.
