    Unable to select SAL Gateway options in MBT

    I have HA DL360G7 with system platform 6.0.3.1.3 with MBT 5.2.1.7. When I select SAL Gateway and choose the management portal, it loads with no problem and I am able to log in. However, once I am in the SAL gateway, no matter what I select it does nothing.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi there,

    - You may need to explore the following SAL logs under /var/log/SALLogs directory in CDOM:

    audit.log messages.log remoteAccess.log

    - A lot more to explore under /opt/avaya/SAL/gateway in CDOM

    - Ensure the tomcat service is up in C-DOM:
    root@CDOM# service tomcat status
    /service/tomcat: up (pid 2315) 2582693 seconds

    - If still no luck, you really need to open a ticket with Avaya service team.
