I'm looking for templates for the 11XX series IP phones that I can use for database collection. I would like to give a copy to the customer so they could help me fill in what the want on the keys. I know I have seen it in the past. Does someone have anything like that or point me in the right direction?

Hi,
From Rel 6.0 , in EM-Phone-Template, you can add template or save template from one phoneset config in EM-Phone tab. Then you can export the template to a .xls file, then import in anothe site.
