We are looking to connect to DIDWW via H.323 or SIP. I see when I go to sign up they specifically call out Avaya as a specific platform in their configuration. I have been looking for any type of reference material that addresses this service with Avaya. DIDWW tech support is sparse. The chat engineer I connected with didn't know what Avaya is.
