    Hi,

    This could be caused due to multiple reasons. Please raise a SR along with list trace, and sniffer trace.,

      - what help exactly are you looking for?

      From the screen shots, I can see that the phone fails to register. (it's not registered). However, I do also see that NAT is being used.

      1) Are you using NAT behind the phone?
      2) What is the firmware exactly on the phone? Based on the screen shot below, it looks like "IP_Phone 1.300B "
      3) Did the phone ever register?
      3a) if yes, when was the last time the phone registred?
      4) do you have the problem with other types of phones too? (96xx, 46xx, or other types of 16xx)?
      5) are there 1608 phones that do register?


      You might also want to try the latest firmware for the 16xx phone. (Avaya one-X® Deskphone Value Edition Software Release 1.3 SP1 (October 2011) http://support.avaya.com/css/appmanager/public/support/Downloads/P0468/1.3.x/C2011101416230310_9)

        Resolution?

        Did you ever find a resolution to this? We seem to be having a very similar issue if not the same. I would like to try to apply what you did to our situation and see if it resolves anything?
