Specs for Utility server

With CM6 duplex, the template does not include the embedded Utility server, therefore the customer has to provide the server. I could not find any relevant documentation for the specs as well as best practices regarding setting up a Utility server.

The Utility Services are not available today for duplex servers so there are no requirements available.
