We are designing a solution to integrate Avaya Aura communication manager with 150 call center agents using Siebel CRM CTI with another facility having 3CX switch which uses SIP. Has anyone tried integrating Avaya with 3CX ? We need capabilities to transfer calls between Avaya and 3CX via sip.

We have never tested 3CX so there are no Application Notes available to provide requirements, administration, and functionality. The customer/vendor will be responsible for providing this information to Avaya. If the customer wants this to be supported, they would need to go through the DevConnect program.
