Can i download or order replacedment CD for Avaya Integrated Mgmt 4.0

I'm was going to install Site Administration Integrated Management 4.0 on a new PC but couldn't find the original CD. I could only find the service packs and updates for it on the Avaya downloads site. After calling, they told me to contact a vendor but before i do that, i'm just wondering if anyone would know any quicker options.
