Hello. 9611 phones have a problem in IP OFFICE R7?

I heard that you can not connect more than 5 endpoints because they cease to function efficiently and communication is lost. Someone said it did not work in 7.0 realese.

I need to advise a client if he buys the equipment. Thank you very much

Hi,

There are some issues with supporting 96X1 phones on IPO R7. Hopefully in the coming release i.e. 8.1 will resume the 96x1 support for IPO. I would suggest you to check and confirm the same by opening a service request with the Avaya IP Office Backbone team.
