License Error CM6

Hi All,
I have installed CM 6.0.1 with SP 6.0.3 with latest patches and service packs, there are 2 x S8300D, one is primary and other is LSP....I have generated license trough PLDS and installed on primary....now after about 30 minutes system goes into license error and there is an alarm on both the servers....license is installed, and it accepts the license that means license was correctly generated....CM is pointing to correct weblm, it is pointing to the System Platform weblm of primary server, as per documents there is no need to install license on LSP in CM6..if i login to CM web browser and select licensing and then license status, it shows:

CommunicaMgr License Mode: License Error
System Administration Will Be Blocked in Approximately 30 days.
Contact Your Service Representative Immediately
Feature Usage Exceeds Limits
No valid CMM license file installed on WebLM Server.
checking application CommunicaMgr version R016x.00.1.510.1

Messgaing License Mode: ERROR

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the license but it didnt worked...please help

Hi,

As per the license error capture pasted, I could see the following informaiton

"Feature Usage Exceeds Limits
No valid CMM license file installed on WebLM Server"

I suggest you to check if you have sufficient license available for enabling CMM (messaging). You may raise a SR if you think the CMM is already licensed.

Cmm is separate license from cm which needs to be generated from Plds again.

Do we need to purchase new license or there is need to install the new license file only

License file issue. please get the new license.

Check the License MAC address or system MAC address should be same. during the installlation generally MAC address change if you freshly build the server.
