I am new to the avaya realm and was wondering how to setup an executive/secretary relationship. I have an executive/secretary that would like anytime the executive receives a phone call it will also ring the secretary's phone.
I believe you will want to set up a bridged appearance on the secretary's extension for the executives extension. Make sure and turn on "bridged call alerting" so that she gets notification when the executive's phone is ringing.
