Incorrect ARP table G450

Hi.
S8300/G450, CM 5.2.1, G450 30.20.1.
After change ip addresses phone, the gateway doesn't update ARP table. IP the address corresponds incorrect MAC address.
In what there can be a reason?

Have you tried to remove the arp-cache for that ip-address?

Try using command: clear arp-cache nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn

Certainly it helps. But it doesn't eliminate the reason

I'm also with this same problem. I disabled ARP spoofing with the ip arp inspection CLI command. I hope this solves.
