The G650 gateway is connected to Avaya S8800 server. I can ping between G650 and Aaya S8800. But it is unavailable to register it. It display "broadcast message from root"

broadcast message from root
Such a message is usually displayed when one logs in the S8800 via SSH and is on the linux command prompt and either the servers do an interchange, or the
Communication Manager is going up and down.
The G650 will have difficulties registering (actually the IPSI board registering to Communication manager), if the Communication Manager is not healthy (i.e., going up and down, or interchanging).
