I am just double checking something for a customer and just want to make sure I am right...
The customer has received 3 phones, a 1616, 1616i and 9608 model and wants to use them on their CS1000. As I remember, you can use these phones (the 6 indicating they are IP), however some functionality is not available.
Is this right? Or has my memory failed me?

UPDATE: I just got off of the phone with one of my Engineers and they advise me that the 1616 and 9608 are SIP and will not work with my customers system.
