Hi, I am trying to make a change to the DIFFSERV/TOS PARAMETERS to all the network regions on the PBX. Some docs suggested that this is possible by using the network region wizard but I an ERROR occurs when i test it "Unable to retrieve Communication Manager data. Supporting Data: "null" is not a valid FID format." Does anyone know a global setting on the system rather than me going thro all of them?

Diffserv/tos parameters
Hi ,
The Network region concept is based on the H.323 concept of H.323 Zones which essentially segregates an IP telephone network into seperate regions based on Gateway and Gatekeeper resources i.e CLAN and MEDPRO .
Other than changing the Diffserv/TOS parameters by an application there is no global parameter to change the DIffserv/TOS parameters on the individual network regions .
