802.1x authentication of 9608 Phones

Hi,

We are having issue with 802.1x authentication while we are using DHCP for IP address assignment whereas same work fine when we assign static IP to Phones.

Statically phone get authenticated on Radius server and gets registered to CM but get rebooted when it is on DHCP.

We have 9608 IP Phone, Extreme BD8810 switch and windows 2003 Radius server.

Can someone help me on this. DHCP sniffer trace is attached for reference.

- What is the firmware running on your phone?
- Do you use DATA and VOICE VLANs?

Hi Arbi,

Phones firmware 6_2_0.
Both Data and Voice VLAN is configured on same port.
