IP 9630 No Display

I have a phone that when plugged in, will not display anything on the phone, but the phone works. Is there a way to reset the phone to default (pin button to push or something)?

If not, how do I contact support to try to see if the phone is under warranty? I've never had to do that before.

Hi there, can you please do a power recycle and check if you could see anything over display else you can let us know the serial number of phone (which you could find at the back side of the IP phone). So that we can let you know if it is warranty or not.
