Hello to All - We are just now upgrading to ip phones and am wondering if someone can tell me how to setup one of these phones (9611) as an intercom and how to disable the speaker volume to not be able to turn it up or down. I've loked in documentation, but have not found anything. Advice, suggestions would be appreciated and thank you in advance!

You can set up the telephones in an Intercom Group by following the information in Chapter 86 of the Feature Description and Implementation document at:
You can even set it up so that any time the station gets an intercom call, it will pop the speakerphone. You would do this by setting the field "Auto Answer" on the station form to "icom".
You can disable the speaker itself via the "station" form in Communication Manager, but you cannot set the volume at a specific level.
