MP80 boards in 450

Hello, we have added MP80 boards to a 450 gateway, hoping to add VoIP resources to the mix, but when we had the medpro in the 650 go down we had no dailtone on IP phones registered, is there something we need to do to make sure the switch will use these MP80's? its all NR-1, do we need to build a virtual NR to share VoIP resources?

The current media resource selection algorithm prefers port network resources over gateway. This media resource selection behavior has been corrected with CM5.2.1 SP12, CM6.0.1 SP8, CM6.2 SP01 and later.
