Trying to bring two new 1692 conference phones up on our network. Put the newest firmware on them, they get an IP find the call server, router, file server and correct vlan, but when it gets to Registering... it just hangs there. I swap ports with my 9630G desk phone and the desk phone comes right up. Settings are the same on both phones, any Ideas?

Do you have a any 1692 phones other than these 2 new phones that are registered to this communication manager .
Can you please confirm me the CM version that is being used.
Also please take a trace on the station to see the messages that are sent from the phone while the registering process happen.
