Multi lingual failed in Arabic

Hi Team,

we are have multil lingual application (English & Arabic) ,

1)Avaya Iver Designer version:5.2

Our team recently took the application support,

When ever we do the change in code , the below files are deployed in UAT environment.

Arabic.pl
fgb_arb.pl
fgb_arb.t
fgb_arb.h

after compilation the announcment of number in arabic is wron.

Ex : 15100
Insteed of announcing fifteen thousan and one hundred..

It announcing like : "fifteen" , hundred in arabic flow .

please help us to resolve this issue.
