About ip office 500 and s8300-G450

Hi Team,
I want to build a PBX with at least 50 out- line and 300 in-line. It also should have IVR and support Ip softphne. It seems that both IP Office 500 and s8300+G450 can meet my needs. But I can't tell their difference? Can you tell me what their advantage and disadvantage? Which is more stable?
