[urgent] - Connect between AES and CM - TSAPI Service Summary don't show

Dear folks,

I'm very tired when working with AES. It seems simply but It doesn't for me.


I make the switch connection between AES and CM.
The SW is established show on CM.

and on the AES I can show the ASAI link with version 4.

But when I reach the Status Service Summary. I don't see anything about TSAPI Service Summary, Switch connection Sumarry.

DMCC is worked fine.

P/S: I can make the test call via web page by using the TSAPI Test on the web pages.

The avaya support advise me a problem come in subagent1

Now, I'm very tired working many nights with Avaya.
Please kindly help me.

The switch connection is show up on CM But Dont show anything from AES web pages.

Sw connection on CM is established but in AES webpages isn't displayed.

DMCC application can connect the AES via DMCC.

But TSAPI cannot connect the AES DMCC (even if we can make the test TSAPI successfully).
