I am suspicious that SAMP card in S8500C (IBMx306m) is restarting the server.
How can I confirm this ?
Is it recorded in any of the SAMP log files ?

Hi, I am not sure if there is such log, but all that kind of logs should be stored under /var/log directory.
System reboot is a serious issue, I suggest you open a ticket with Avaya and have backbone engineer look into it.
