One-X Communicator No Video

I am running One-x Communicator on a Windows 7 32 bit OS. I am running the latest version 5.2.0.16. When I loaded up the software there was no checkbox for Video Intergration. The software installed okay but I do not get any options for video either. I have video enabled on my station and I have "Allow direct-IP Multimedia?" Set to Y on my ip-codec.

One-X Communicator No Video (Suggestion)

Issue : You do not see the video window when logged in using My Computer
mode or Desk Phone mode.
Check the onexcui.log to see if video is licensed for your extension. If not, your
system administrator must check the following items in Avaya Communication Manager
administration for your extension:
SoftwareVersion [R1.000-GA-14570]
StationRegistered [True]
> LoginMode [eROAD_WARRIOR]
> Server [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
> ServerVersion [R015x.02.0.939.0]
> PhoneType [4620]
> VideoLicensed [True]

To check the video license H.323 for 1-X Communicator video in Avaya Communication Manager: Run Command "display system-parameters customer-options" Page 2.
Then check for below:
Maximum Video Capable IP Softphones.

I have Video enable on my station in CM, double checked. I think the actual issue is that when I try to load the software on a 32 bit version of Windows 7 I do not get the checkbox for Video Integration but when I load that same software (5.2 SP 2) on an XP machine I do get the checkbox for Video Integration. Seems like an issue with Windows 7 and how the software loads.

Any Ideas?

1X Communicator Video does not work with MS 7.0

One-X Communicator 5.2 supports video with H.323 in My Computer and Desk Phone modes.
It does not support video with H.323 in Other Phone mode, with SIP, with the Citrix
Presentation Server, with Microsoft Windows 7, and with 64-bit Operating Systems.

Please let me know if you any more queries.

We have problem with video call from One-x Communicator 6.1 sp9 through Session Manager 6.2
We get this error from Endpointlog logs..

ERR: VIDEO:CWinPerformanceDataAdaptor::ReadCPUSystemInf o(): Problem occured trying to parse cpu architecture

pc/hw -> Intel Core Duo / 4GB Ram

any help on this for possibly root cause??
