avaya connet to siemens EWSD

I have a problem about avaya connet to siemens EWSD used isdn-pri ,but I don't know the incoming number,following is the trunk group and vector configure ：

Digit Treatment: insertion Digits: 1030

Number: 30 Name: com

the number 1030 is VDN for router to the Vector，the problem is ：I can not hear announcement 4000. And I'm sure the announcement is OK .
If change 1030 to a normal extension , it's OK.

Can you please describe the issue with more clearly as it is not giving a clear picture of issue, why there is insertion of digits 1030 .. what is VDN number and so on.. will appreciate if you give the clear picture and with screen shots of trunk , VDN and Vector.

Because of I don't know the incoming number, I can not configure it in avaya system.

So I want to insert VDN 1030 direct that it can route to vector 30.

I think maybe the system can not collect digital.

Insert Wait or ring back step

Insert Wait or ring back step in vector & check if it helps you.

Also make sure disconnect supervission for in & out are set to yer in trunk group.
