    Can't get Sold-To number

We asked our supplier for a Sold-To number, they requested it from their supplier and they refused to give it to us. Without this number we can't get updates for the communication manager. What can we do in this situation? I found that almost every action on the support site requires Sold-To.

We really bought our equipment from Avaya. I suspect one of suppliers are lying to us due to internal conflicts. Is there an official complaint procedure and where should I write it to?

      shpik,

Please send an email to Support@Avaya,com (Attention:Maggie) with the name of your company and your supplier, so we can investigate.

      Thanks,
      Maggie

You can call Avaya if you are an Avaya business partner or end user, and they will help you find your Sold To. Avaya may ask for a letter from the end user authorizing the release of the information.
