-905 error on vpn Phone

Hi, please can anyone help - I was recently provided with 9630g Avaya vpn phone - to use from home when I turn it on it appears to start to work looks like it exchanges some keys but then fails to load the settings file with an (-905) error and goes into a loop of discovering (10.x.x.x)?

I tried the phone from my neighbours house and it works fine. So I think it may have something to do with my router which is a Draytec 2820 - but I don't know the best place to start to look?

Would really appreciate some guidance

check the port settings on your (cable) router that connects you to the outside world, compare these with your neighbors router
