CDR Reliable Protocol

hi all,
i got the tool RDTT and used it to get the CDR data but i had some problems with it. so i want to write my one but the issue i'm facing is the protocol specification which is used in the transport of CDR .
so is there any Refernce that explain the Relaible Protocol specification and commands used by AVAYA switch.
