"Hunt Group" coverage path and WAN outage

During a WAN outage isolating a site without Media Gateway, all IP phones are unregistered. Assuming they are all part of a hunt group, what happens to calls arriving for the hunt group (which is not a skill) at the hub? Do they follow the hunt group coverage path?

Now if a call is placed directly to an extension of the isolated site without Media Gateway (a station which is currently unregistered because of WAN outage),
will it follow the station coverage path?

    Thanks!

If all members of a Hunt Group are unavailable for whatever reason, the caller should be routed to the Hunt Group Coverage Path.

If an extension is unavailable due to a WAN outage, the caller should be routed to the extension's Coverage Path.

      "coverage path" criteria?

Thanks for this answer. Is it possible to know which criteria(s) will be met for the coverage path in that case?
      Active?
      Busy?
      Don't Answer?
      All?
      DND/SAC/Goto Cover?
      Holiday Coverage?

And last question on the subject: does coverage path also apply in the case of CAC exhaustion?

coverage path criteria for unregistered IP phones

In "disp sys fea", there is a field: "Don't Answer criteria for Logged Off IP/PSA/TTI Stations". If set to "n", the default, the "Busy" criteria of the coverage path applies for calls placed to unregistered IP phones. If set to "y", the "Don't Answer" criteria of the coverage path applies for these calls.
