    CS1000 Call Forward

    Hey All ,,

    We have a CS1000 system at office. consider this scenario:

    Extension 320 will be forwarded to Mobile. When someone call 320 he will be forwarded to the mentioned mobile.

    However, 320 guy when he receive the call on his mobile, he don't see who is calling. He sees the central number of the CS1000 (in our case its 444)

    So, cant we have a way to make the received numbers to be shown instead of the central number.

    I hope this is clear ... Please let me know if you need more clarification.

    Usually the CLID information will be sent the mobile properly for these kind of calls. I think the setup needs to be understood properly, you can open a SR to get this troubleshooted.

      there are some points maybe should be cared
      1.for the inbond line should be E1 and inbound route setting to "tie"or :"did".the cs1000 software rls more than 4.5
      2. in "did" type in ld 15 type net ,in item isdn set to "yes" and item "ocli"set to all
      you can try if doesn't work check if the PSTN restrict illegal number
