easiest way to change COR from external application

Hi,
I am software developer, not PBX guy. I am developing Billing software. I need to lock/unlock station (change COR can be used) basing on user's quota.

What is the easiest way to do that from external software like Billing System? (PMS Interface seem to be too complicated for my demand). For example, via IP (like telnet) can I directly change COR by sending one command somehow like "change station ..."

I know this will be an extra app installed but try to make use of AVAYA ACCCM as this will also allow for customer enhanced service.This app will be able to do this for you

I got suggestion from avayausers.com to simulate Key Pressing via telnet like this:

telnet xx.xx.xx.xx 5023
username 'enter'
password 'enter'
terminal type w2ktt 'enter'
change station xxxxx 'enter'
tab 9 times (or 8 if the phone is IP)
type in the new COR number
press 'esc' then 'e'
type logoff 'enter'
type y 'enter'


I did follow. It is working.

I would like to share my Billing System which is able to lock/unlock relevant Extension (Station) using this solution.

Here is setup package, it is completely free for small usage, it is compatible with all most Pbx in term of billing:

And here is specific document how to setup Call Quota for each User. One User can own multiple Extension (Station), when their Call Quota over, they will got alert email and extension locked as well:
